Meet Tot! Also known as Hot Tot, Tater Tot, and Queen Tot, this diva bunny makes her home in Harmony Acres indoor therapy room. When she is not enjoying harassing all the office staff, or playing with her toys, Tot is also creating a safe environment for children and adults who come to Harmony Acres for animal-assisted therapy services.
Join Harmony Acres as we spotlight the impact your support made in our community in 2023. We will share client stories and also feature speaker Dr. Terry Chase, a nationally recognized speaker, teacher, and author who uses her experience of living with a spinal cord injury to help guide people along a pathway of health and healing. Terry is also an experienced equestrian who will share her experience as a facilitator and participant in Equine Therapy.

Harmony Acres is committed to provide a welcoming atmosphere for all individuals regardless of race, color, gender, gender identity, gender expression, military status, national origin, age, creed, religion, disability, or sexual orientation. We actively seek to serve those members of our community who have experienced discrimination, victimization, disability, or hardship, and create a facility that is accessible to all. If you have a circumstance you are concerned about in seeking out services, please don’t be afraid to speak with us.
Our Sanctuary is a life long home to approximately 40 animals, who give back to hurting people through professionally-facilitated Animal-Assisted Therapy Services
We provide services for those most at risk in our community: individuals who have experienced trauma, abuse, or hardship; military veterans; individuals with disabilities. 85% of our program participants have a high financial need.
Our Community Outreach efforts assist individuals struggling with a temporary hardship, so animals can stay out of the slaughter pipeline and in long-term homes where they are loved and valued.
